After checking with the other villages and the Health Department, it was decided to approve having Trick or Treat in the village. The time is set for 5:30 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31. Stan Starling was on hand for the same purpose. Because of the COVID-19 restrictions, the Lions Club will not be hosting the childrens’ party this year. Guidelines for Trick or Treat will be posted at the library and also on the Village’s social media.

At 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 5, the Chesterhill Village Council met at the Chesterhill United Methodist Church. Pastor Rick Seiter was on hand to let everyone into the building and stayed for the meeting and to lock up. Visitors were Stan Starling and Katherine Nolan.
