The Morgan County Fair Board met on Tuesday, June 16, to discuss the possibilities on having a fair this year. First Vice President Andy Kutscherenko called the meeting to order in the Howard Strode building. The motion was ordered by Josh Vanhorn to preserve the 168th Morgan County Fair in September 8-12. The fair board voted unanimously to continue the tradition.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many fairs around the state haven’t chosen to partially or fully cancel. In compliance to the Ohio Department of Health, Morgan County will resume with a full fair. This will include minor adjustments and extra sanitization measures to keep the people happy and healthy. The Morgan County Fair will include exhibits, livestock, vendors, rides, games, concessions, bathrooms, and entertainment per usual with extra sanitation stations.
