Washington-Morgan Community Action receives money to assist county residents
Washington-Morgan Community Action has received money from the Village of Malta to assist the residents of Morgan County, with Malta residents receiving priority, with housing assistance who have been financially impacted by COVID-19. The funding comes from a grant given to the Village of Malta to respond to housing issues facing Morgan County residents related to COVID-19.
Washington-Morgan Community Action will be able to assist with rent and rent arrears, mortgage payments and mortgage payment arrears and water/sewer arrears, disconnects or deposits.
