Eleanore Curry, 78, of Kenosha, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, at home surrounded by her loving family.

Eleanore was born on March 25, 1942, in Stockport, Ohio, the daughter of the late Wilbur and Bessie (Pugh) Sweet.

She attended Windsor High School, Stockport, Ohio. Eleanore married Richard Curry on January 26, 1959, in Stockport. For many years until her retirement, she was employed as a Respiratory Technician at Marietta Memorial Hospital. Her hobbies included gardening, fishing, cooking, and baking, but most of all spending time with family and friends.

Surviving are her children, Mary “Kitti” Fletcher of Tyler, TX, Karole McGrew of Stockport, OH, Kelly (Donald) Smith of McConnelsville, OH, Kevin (Heidi) Curry of Kenosha, WI, Krystal (Steven) Boyd of Hephzibah, GA, Karma (Christopher) DaCosta of Jefferson, MD, Kraig Curry (Favorite) of Corsicana, TX; loving daughter-in-law, Missy Curry of Rock Hill, SC; 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and her beloved furbaby, Princess.

Eleanore was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard Curry; son, James “J.R.” Curry; brother, Lloyd Sweet; son-in-law, William Fletcher; and granddaughter, Diana McGrew.

Funeral services were private.
