The Wildcat Watch: Boys, girls basketball teams return to the hardwood

The Waterford basketball teams have had an extended break from action over the holiday season. The only game scheduled for both teams was this past Monday night (December 30). The Lady Cats hosted Southern while the Wildcats entertained St. Mary’s. Due to the early deadlines because of the New Year’s Holiday, that action will be reported on in a future edition of The Herald. The girls will have a grueling nine days to start the new year, with five games. The boys will battle a pair of Tri-Valley Conference foes.
