THE WILDCAT WATCH – Basketball team outlasts Frontier in season opener

The Waterford Wildcats opened the season with a low-scoring 34-32 victory at Washington County foe Frontier last Friday night.
It was a contest that saw neither team’s leading scorer reach double figures. Both teams shot only 25 percent from the field. Waterford was 11 of 44, while the Cougars were nine of 35.
