Holden Dailey and Joe Pantelidis each rushed for over 100 yards and two touchdowns as the Waterford Wildcats ran past Miller, 49-0, in the first round of the Ohio High School Athletic Association State playoffs.

The Wildcats (4-3) are on the road in the second round as they travel to Hannibal River on Friday night. The third-seeded Pilots received a first-round bye in the playoffs. However, they played Shadyside in a regular season matchup. The Tigers would hand River a 27-25 setback to drop the Pilots to 4-2 on the year. River also lost to Bellaire in week one. They defeated Steubenville Catholic Central, Monroe Central, Magnolia, and Barnesville.
