James L. Cochran, 59, of Waterford, passed away on Monday, Sept. 11, 2023, at the Grant Medical Center in Columbus.
He was born on December 10, 1963, in Parkersburg, WV, to the late Jacque and Lula Bell Frazer Cochran.
He was a member of the Beverly Eagles and American Legion.
He is survived by a son, Warren Cochran of Waterford; three daughters, Tiffany (Shaun) Dusenberry of Zanesville, Rachelle (Cody) Heiss of Waterford and Shelbe Cochran of Pomeroy; a brother, John Hays of Stockport; two sisters, Jacie Brown and Susan Boggs, both of Stockport; four grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and many friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Debbie Boone.
A celebration of life service was held Saturday, Sept. 16, 2023, at James’s residence.
