Tree Trimming Project

A tree trimming project is taking place on SR 78 between Miller-Bristol Road and SR 83. The road will be closed where work is taking place. Call the Morgan County ODOT Garage at 740-568-4381 for updates. Estimated completion is September 29.

Basket and Bag Bingo

The VFW Auxiliary Basket and Bag Bingo will take place this Saturday, Sept. 16, at the VFW Post #4713 in Malta. The doors will open at 12 noon to bid on terrific silent auction items. The games will begin at 6 p.m. Additionally, there will be raffles, door prizes, food and fun, according to a spokesperson.

Stockport Hydrant Flushing

Stockport Village will be flushing fire hydrants from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday and Friday, September 14-15. Some residents may experience fluctuation in pressure, and/or discolored water. Flush lines through the cold water spigot before using water.
